BAD customer service. Requested fresh fries(just saw the lady in the back take them out of the fryer). The counter guy told her I’d like fresh fries and she said the tired ones under the heat lamp were the fresh ones. No they weren’t. They were sitting there when I came to the counter. I don’t like being lied to like I’m a chump and there was no way I was getting fresh fries. Laziness or just an unfriendly person. Management needs to find out ASAP. This individual needs to go!

Went and had the world famous before our flight to Amsterdam. Just chilidogs but they were really good. Prices have really gone up, another blessing from Biden I guess. #gocollette

The Varsity in Concourse C of ATL was busy, but they got our order out pretty quickly. They missed the fries we had ordered, and instead of giving us an order of fries, they gave us an extra burger. The hot dogs were good, but also not prepared with the options we had ordered. The orange drink was way sweeter than I like.
