I have never waited that long in the drive thru. Me and my daughter visited the one by the mall and the service was terrible. The waitress did not want too wait on us and i honestly dont understand doing other people as hateful as we were treated.....shame on you stake and shake .
This has happened to us on now the 3rd different occasions. We have gone at different times. 2pm 7pm and 10pm.
Nothing has changed. I just went to the same location. I dined in. The food was good but the service was minus 10
No. They are usually pretty prompt.
I haven't ever had that problem. It does take a little longer for the fresh cooked food but never that long and my orders have always been right. You must have hit them on a really bad day.
The wait is usually always long because they make everything fresh when ordered but 30 mins does sound a bit too long.. probably because it's dinner time.
