I've never had a issue with warranty push back. The Columbus store us struggling and if you've been to another HF you know why. I personally wait until I go to Auburn and deal with that location. With every purchase I have receipt emailed to me because I've learned the hard way the receipt paper is thermal and heat will make it useless. One last suggestion, as soon as you walk in ask for manager. Not only will they have to approve it anyways but dont you love having to explain why to 12 different employees when the first 11 can't help anyways. Goodluck!
If they advertise it that have to honor it. By law you can't advertise it if it's not true
Most likely your warranty will cover it, the management at this location is awesome. Just be aware, may depend on the warranty specifics as well, but it never hurts to try 😁
