I went in this morning for a name change and waited about an hour until my number was called. Michelle was the representative that helped me and she was amazing. Very kind and helpful. She seemed to be the one helping the most people, so I would say she is extremely efficient and excels at her job. She had a very cheery demeanor and I appreciated her amazing customer service. Bringing all the correct paperwork will help you get the 5 star service too. You can’t get mad at the employees when you’re unprepared for what you’re asking them to do.
Many people complain about the security guard, but I feel like he’s just doing his job. There’s many posts saying to silence your phone and not talk on your phone. During the time I was waiting he had to tell at least 6 people to take their calls outside. It really isn’t that difficult to follow rules and they aren’t HIS rules - it is the establishment that makes these rules and he has to enforce them. He probably gets tired of repeating himself all day long every day. Additionally, it’s clearly posted outside that masks are still required, so quit arguing with the guy and get your mask… he’s just doing his job.

It’s sad that the supervisors are unprofessional and dodge client calls. They never call back and leave files sitting for months without communicating with the clients. I’m sure this is why cases are so backed up to last year. Horrible place; wish I could do more than just give a bad review.

No.. SSDI is a supplement when you are disabled and can't work to self support. Retirement is an accumulation of your work earnings in your lifetime up to retirement.

Well my sister had that problem. There two ways 1 you can go back to the state you was born and get it from records or you can go online. There will be a birth certificate fee and other fees depending on the state.
