A gift was ordered online for me twice that has not worked. Would like to see what options are available now at a local store. All I have is the packing slip for 2 Sanctuary products; can I return them for another product exchange &/or refund to me?

As I understand it, one can return the product money back. In my case they had no cash at that time so they gave me a gift card for the value of the return. You can use the card days later in a purchase, however you can use it the same day or whenever you want. Pure Life.

Call the customer service & ask them 2 fix the prob. If u act like ur a not computer genius, & b vry polite 2 them, they will prob do it 4 u. B sure 2 say please & thanx. That goes along way. Js :)
