Today was my 1st attempt to file in person. Arrived around 2:20pm. At 2:30 I was told to come in the morning because they close @ 4 and there were 2 people ahead of me with only 1 PC available and it takes 90 minutes to file. 3 other people were waiting to be seen and they said this was an abnormally slow day.

Be prepared to get the run around from the folks at this facility. You will be asked for something different everytime you go. Condensing, uncaring people.... Not their problem!!!!! I give up!!!

God’s blessings to Ms M at this office. She answered the phone and took the time to look into my case and find out why my money hadn’t been released to me yet! She sent it immediately to the person who had to make the change and offered to give me an update when I call in a few days! God’s blessings to her! She is definitely one of his angels 😇!!
