The store no longer has a direct number. I'm not sure when they did this but they haven't had a direct number for a while now.
You pretty much cant call them anytime ive tried i end up on hold forever and than in a call center that doesnt know answers and tells you to go to the store. I get it they are way to busy in the store to answer phones every time ive been there they are so busy
I've never waited more than a couple minutes for answer calling the Denver store.
We used to drive from the Springs. Don't know where the call center is located as they have locations in different states. Go online is all I can suggest. They are always helpful when we get there.
As an experiment, I called them at the same time as driving there from Colorado Springs, and I arrived before ANYONE answered a phone, it's an hour drive
