Yes you can HOWEVER they DO NOT accurately measure the yards. I had THE WORST EXPERIENCE at Tess world design purchasing a beautiful Ankara print fabric. The unfortunately have a despicable rule that they DO NOT measure the yards of fabric out right. They just cut on the pre-folded hems of the fabric. This practice causes customers to loose inches and in some cases up to a 1/2 of usable fabric. My seamstress came with me to the store to source the fabric. When we made our final selection the salesperson took the folded fabric in the back and came back with the 5 yards I requested. My seamstress measured it and it was short 1/2 a yard. We asked for it to be recut so we can recieve the FULL 5 YARDS we were being charged for and we were told " We can not do that. We do not re-measure the fabric after it comes to us. We just cut it along the seams! If you dont want it that way then you can go somewhere else!" Appalled we expressed to them " This is cheating the customers!"
The material is so beautiful, when you get it, you are going to wish, you have gotten more than 1 yard. Six yards will makes at beautiful outfit.
Yes minimum is 1 yd
