Horrible customer service. I order 20 wings and only got 16. When I called in they said “ our policy is that you check the wings before you leave” Um ok you wanted me to count 20 wings before i pay right ?

Yea it is their policy but dang man they could have gave u a 6 piece on the house. I definitely would take my concern to the GM. He will be in 2moro....make sure u show him this google review and that he understands how this is affecting the dynamics of the business

I believe if the GM is aware of this he will make it up to you in some way. The correct response would of been an apology and get you an additional half dozen of wings that you paid for.
