No they give a free dessert
They have never ever given a free meal since the beginning of Outbacks opening. They do give a free icecream brownie desert and sing Happy Birthday To You. 06/2019 my birthday and I celebrated the whole day with different free items for my own birthday celebration I traveled the area from morning coffee and doughnut (pick one) at Dunkin and then off to crispy creme. To ending it at Kobe's for $35 off dinner which made it free and stopping at DQ for a free blizzard on the way home. Stuffed, happy and a awesome day with different friends as they switched off to go to work. You need a friend to celebrate with as most places are BOGO. Look up free birthday meals online and it will show you who has what and where. Some let you have two weeks from your birthday to celebrate as most make you sign up first. But, this place does do the ice cream brownie and always has for the answer to your question.
