My family always used this company for many years and only recently a merchandise was lost and they were not responsible for the loss. They ignored it and never gave me an explanation of how it got lost. Customer service is lousy.

In all these companies things are lost, the bad thing is not knowing if things are stolen in Dominican customs or the shipping company. I have also lost things but they have been insignificant. I understand the frustration.
