This is a statement not a question. I've never encountered a problem when I went.
Yes Ms. Flowers I do understand that, starting somewhere. I believe in this case it's a choice of Walmart not having to payout so they hire those with no experience. Not acceptable, she could not direct me to a restroom, so gkmad I was not having a "Real" issue at the moment.
What can I say, retail companies the turn over an employee's It's like playing tag you're it. I do understand what you are saying. I went to return something at JC Penney yesterday I though I had the receipt I didn't. I used my JC Penny credit card which is better than a receipt the 1st thing the customer service lady said was I could not return it without a receipt. I turned to her and said please don't lie to me and then she said if it's over 60 days I can't take it back. I said "there you go lying to me again." My purchase was recent so I had no worries there. The bad thing is, she's supposed to be training someone right there. So don't feel bad. Look at it this way, if every company hires people that knows what they are doing probably half of the people with job would not have it right now. Employee's have to start somewhere.
This is just a thought not a question but have to agree with the thoughts here.
Are they still having that problem? Everytime I go there I have the same problem
This wasn't a question
