You likely cannot get a table
Unfortunately no one is really able to make a reservation at Rao's. Tables are pretty much owned. There is a little secret though. The owner has a table. Your best chance is to walk in, have a drink at the bar, and hope it is made available to you. It has happened more than a few times. Have witnessed it myself. Still don't count on it. Please make sure you have a reservation someplace else, you will most probably need it. Have a wonderful evening. 🌻
Um NO you won't get a table. Period. I eat there and have seen tables available and they turn down people who want to sit and have a meal. Btw they don't serve lunch. Only open Mon-Fri dinner. 2 seating.
You have a better chance at hitting the LOTTO.
