Parking on the street if available. 116 St & 2nd Ave is spanish harlem. Food there is great!!! Just the smells of the food Wepaaa!!!
If your worried about the neighborhood... Then you should go somewhere where you know for sure you will be safe !!!... But if you want great food and are not scared to go and get it !!!... Then this is the place for you !
