Did u actually call the resturant or did u order through grubhub..?? The reason i ask is because if u ordered through grubhub thd resturant might actually be closed and grubhub didn't make note of that. Also your right no one should have to wait 2 hrs for a food delivery. After an hour i would of called the resturant myself to find out what happened to my food order. This way u could of avoided the frustration and the resturant might of realized there mistake a might just might of comped you your food. Not that your looking for anything for free. They are a good restaurant and there in the business of satisfying there customers not aggravating there customers. So either chalk up your order and get what u want from some other place or call them to see what actually happened with your order. In any event do let what happened ruin the first day of your new year....👍👍
They're usually pretty fast. Have you considered they might be closed today ?
