Little flavor "bubbles" that are chewey and sit in the bottom of the tea when you sip they fit the straw.
So, there's two kinds of bubbles, there's the bursting bubbles, which are a fruit flavored syrup that pop in your mouth when you bite them. And the tapioca bubbles which don't have much flavor, but are chewy and a tasty snack.
