This was my second time going because I figured I would give them another chance. But was disappointed once again. After waiting almost 6 months to get in, I get there and 1. Front receptionists were having their own little conversations about non work related topics while talking to me at the same time. 2. MA that walked me in didn’t even look at my face ever till she left the room. She talked at me the whole time but never looked at me. And 3. The doctor had me in and out in a total of about 10 min. I had so many questions for her but couldn’t get them all in because I felt rushed the whole time. She also didn’t explain anything to me, she just started prescribing things and typing on her computer without asking me if i even wanted any of it. And then I saw her back ... out the door she went. I get more info out of a YouTube video than I did from her. The only professional one was the receptionist at the check out. Get out of there Amy Ayala!

Worst doctor visit experience ever. My 1 year old daughter had appointment 8am. We checked in 8:04am and I waited to doctor until 8:45am in small room with my baby girl. Finally one of the unhappy assistant came and told me doctor is still on the way. I asked her how long it is going to be. She said no idea. I could not even see the doctor. Bunch of unhappy people they don’t treat you well. Don’t waste your time and money!

I wish i can give 0 stars!!! This place doesn't care about their patients at all, they don't give any advice, help and don't follow up with their patients!!! I saw dr Sally last year August to help me treat my acne/rosacea, the follow up appointment with her was cancelled and they need to reschedule with a different doctor at their other location (1 hr away) or wait 4 monthes. I agreed to drive an hour to see the other dr. When I met her, she told me that she can't help me with anything because i wasn't her patient and she didn't know why i was there. I told her this should be a follow up appointment and dr sally put me on medicines she told me to continue take that same medicine and i need to see Sally, so I had to reschedule. Each time i need to reschedule it takes 3-4 monthes. And all 4 time they rescheduled they call me few days before the appointment to tell me that the dr can't see me and we need to reschedule again. A year later i still havn't seen dr Sally and the meds they gave me and told me to keep taking none stop and kept refilling it, i got a very bad side effect reaction from and now my full face is coverd with dark big spots (dark hyperpigmentation) that it started small then got bigger and bigger to cover my entire face. I called them to see if they could see me sooner than my scheduled appointment in july to find out that they actually were planing on calling me to reschedule because Sally can't see me AGAIN! and i have to wait till October or november. I completely lost my skin tone/color and can't show my face to anyone! My kids are scared of me and ask me what hapoend to my face. This is hearth breaking and mentally hurting me and the kids. I have to cover my face everywhere i go or get sad looks from people! This feels like a nightmare, the worst thing that ever happened to me in my life!!! And the UCONN DERMATOLOGY don't care at all!!!
