What time does the mall open for people who want to just walk

We were in on Saturday around 10 and the mall was open (along with some stores here and there) but majority of the stores were still closed til about 11

That's a good question although I'm not sure

I don't know but I think the stores open around 9 during the week and weekend maybe 10 not sure but I guess maybe 8 they open the door just Google it and see first.
