I use to work there. Technically you do but you can go to member services and they can give you a one day shopping pass but you have to pay what I think the person below me is saying a 10% surcharge for not being a member. They explain it to you there if not you can get a membership card on the spot. And if not just do like some customers ask someone if you can use theirs.

No...you actually don't sometime I leave my card home and I'll ask who ever in front of me to use there card people love to let you use there card.
