You don't have to make a reservation, but you should. You need to sign up with the parking spot to make the reservation. When you sign up, you reveive offers. I just used the spot for 14 days. I used a coupon they sent me and saved $50 plus they drove me directly to my car and gave me a water on my quick check out. For shorter trips use valet so your car is running when you get to it.
