This is for the Columbus store in particular. Customer service is good, but only if you get to talk to someone. They always put you on hold, they tell you they will call you when they have no intentions of really doing so, they tell you when your parts order will be in but the are never right. I have been waiting on the same part and been told I will call you but the never do. The parts will be in 3-4 days but two weeks later still nothing. If it wasn’t for convenience, I wouldn’t use 4 Wheel Parts. Sad! I used to like this place.
