The trailor park itself has that requirement? Dog tags and proof of up to date shots will legally be all that is required.... they cannot ask you to do something the city itself does not require, especially if its not in the contract you signed. Check out your contract, if it is in there then you will have to start calling veterinary clinics... or go down to the court house and get their suggestions. Best of luck
