How do I get my Kohls cash. Last time I was told I needed to print it out from my email. This time I didn't get an email. In 15 years I think I was only able to actually use Kohls Cash and that must have been a mistake.

You also should get a Kohl's Cash certificate when you check out at the store. It will have information printed on it for the next time when you go to use it.
