Why is the next bus arrival never, never working?

I ride Broad, Emerson, 7th, Jefferson, and Vienna and they're all fine now

Technician's have been working on it for awhile now. When it was time to set the clocks back an hour the buses GPS started going off Canada's time. I ride the Broad st bus almost every day and its been working again as well as the 7th st bus. As far as the others go, if they arent fixed yet, they should be very soon
