If you need to call for information, just don’t even bother. Honestly I recommend just moving states entirely so you can avoid going to this dmv. Not only are they extremely unhelpful, most of them if not all are straight up just rude and disrespectful.

I was there in AM, & they were pretty busy. They do have ample parking which is nice. No drinks or food allowed inside. All employees were helpful & courteous.

Yes
I think it has to be a parent or legal guardian who resides in the same home because you have to sign for them once for them being a minor/in school and again for residence stating they live in your home and you are responsible for making sure they have a person 18 or older to ride with them.

She has to have her Birth certificate. And social security card. Plus 2 forms of residency. Like a cable bill, or electric bill.its best to go ahead and pay for the federal Id.
From what I can find, You only have to retake your driving test if your license has been expired for more than 3 years.
My 80 year old neighbor just renewed hers on line. They just use the current photo on your licence. She didn't have to go in
Yes. Can't remember how much their going to charge but it's not much even if they do.
No . Go to door they will try to fit you in.
They don't seem to want to offer assistance to anyone without an appointment. I've had 3 appointments in the last month and each time someone has shown up , and all they do is give them the website to schedule an appointment.
If you go to website they offer certain things online so you don't have to wait when i tried to book my husbands appointment they were booked until October 15th https://transportation.wv.gov/DMV/Locations/pages/parkersburg.aspx
Make it appointment to take the test
Go to the dmv website and make an appointment. On apt day, go to the door and tell them you are there, you go back to your car to wait until they either call your cell or come get you.
I would check out the web page for that answer.
There may be a section on the website that has a digital version of the book but I'm not positive.. you may also be able to download it as a PDF if you search on Google
If there isn't an option for that online, I'd say you'd need to make an appointment to see somebody
Call the Charleston DMV office
Yes you would want to call in first to set up an appointment.
You need to talk to Dominique at Job Service I believe she is over jobs for hope
I believe so
It depends on how long you have until it needs renewed. You have 30 days when you change your address to get it changed on your driver's license. It's not something most police officers care about but the new address may be needed if you are showing proof of address for something else.
Be ready to wait. Dmv
