I'm not at all denying that happened to you, but I've been going there since they opened and that has never happened to me personally. They've always been honest to my knowledge.
Hi Ana which iteams did you buy and we charged your credit card. Please call us at the store to discuss and if that was the case we would like to resolve the matter Asap. We only charge with our machine. We dont take any Manual payments. If you have any questions please free to call the store and speak to our manager. If there was any issues from our end. We would give you a full refund if you never recieved anything from us or was charged for something that you didn't purchase.
