Casual to dressy depending on your preference and the day. Many people dress when going to the theater next door or coming from work other regulars are mostly casual. No shorts tee shirts etc.
Most people get dressed up with pants and a shirt the place gets very crowded on Saturday so make plans to get there early if you want to get a seat

Casual. I have been there for lunch and wore jeans and a nice sweater. Staff is very friendly too, food is great. Enjoy!

I don't know, but I think it's fairly casual. Men certainly do not have to wear ties and jackets.
