Sorry phone only with a "retention specialist" offering all sorts of options. I wasn't on hold, but I had called twice earlier to try to fix their equipment and threatened to cancel. After 10 minutes I hang up and call again.
Personally, I've never had this problem. I've chated with them online, plus called them and waited less than 5min to get them on the phone. Good luck.
