Feeling SCAMMED! Not sent an alert on annual auto renewal even though my email was confirmed. Monthly rate auto increased to 72% more than year before. I contacted an agent to resolve. This agent tricked me into paying the higher rate for current month and then the annual rate for the rest of the year. Ended up paying additional 20% over anyway. The agent dropped connection as soon as a payment was approved. Contacted 2nd agent who tried to charge me more, would not answer direct questions or credit the overcharge. Then cancelled my subscription without permission. Very frustrating!

Sorry phone only with a "retention specialist" offering all sorts of options. I wasn't on hold, but I had called twice earlier to try to fix their equipment and threatened to cancel. After 10 minutes I hang up and call again.
We (SiriusXM) do free listening events from time to time that unlock access to inactive radios but our most recent promotion has ended. BUT, for the first time we've included listening outside the car as part of our select package (phone, home speakers, etc). End of sales pitch, lol.

Sounds like a computer glitch.
The building is not available through SiriusXM due to multi tenant use; contact the building management since this is a Google service for maps.
