There's so many employees to ask you can't get lost
The security help when you need directions but right now is better if you take a taxi for the US OPEN.
When in doubt just ask an Open staff worker for directions. They will probably point the way for you.
There are signs, posted everywhere
It's a small place actually. If you walk out the main entrance of Ashe and just go straight you can't miss it. You'll see the globe and fountains in the distsnce
Enter from grand central, turn right. Ask security for permission to go up to South Gate, especially when the open is happening
