It depends on the capacity of the cookout attendance. With a small congregation, I doubt it. For traditional family cookouts, you may need to file for a permit.

I can only say that it is a long walk from Stillwell station, to park. As a driver, I'm unfamiliar with any connecting buses.
It doesn't have a parking lot. So you have to park on the street.
