Is it possible to send in an old gaming system like a snes and restore it?

I would call them to ensure they can do it.

They do repairs there for older systems. SNES should be on that list of repairable items.

It is possible to use what's known as a "cell phone" and "call" them. I just wrote a review, i don't work there.

You can send in systems for repair. I just did this for a Sega Cd 2nd Gen through them!
