We will be staying in the Hotel Edison. My daughter is 12 but an amazing sax player, I'd love for her to see & hear some real jazz. Would the Rum House allow tweens to be there? Where we live, if an establishment serves food then a child/teen can go

No, I don't think so, when I was there I saw a security asking for ID to get in. But at the lobby of Edison hotel they have the Edison hour every day from 5 to 6 PM, and they also have live jazz music performers there.
