They've always been very responsive whenever I called. When I was there a few days ago the procedure posted on the door is to call from parking lot. They will call you back in when it's your turn to see the Dr. Because of this call volume must be a lot more than normal.
They never call back however I found they do call back when you are in a parking lot and waiting for your turn
Usually....I went a few days ago. I called while in parking lot and they answered immediately. Sat in car & went in after 1/2 hour wait.
