Bad chicken day?
I always get the chicken tenders and they're always delicious. I go once a week.
Sounds like ur chicken had a rubbery taste to it usually when chicken isn't cooked in the right temp it has this rubbery feel to it and it tastes nasty trust me this usually happens to me. I suggest u try a different numbers or ask for the manager and tell them they usually will give u a totally new one as a sorry gift. But also here's a fact when they hire new people they tend to make mistakes.
Whenever I've gotten the wrong item or not to my liking, Culver's has always replaced the item and with a smile.
