No Happy hour. Beer is usd 3ｰ6. And you can order hot dog free. But old dranker bar. I am old and dranker. So i like. But ordinary people don't like this bars.

No need for happy hour at Rudy's Laura , its cheap as chips all day and night and free hot dogs , cant go wrong , best boozer in Manhattan
