I am not sure about the drink minimum. I guess i drink enough its not an issue. No tobacco minimum. You can bring your own. Definitely try go for Sinatra night!
No minimum on a Tuesday when I was there.
If you're just coming in on a normal day there is no drink minimum but if there is an event I believe it is a two drink minimum

For the Sinatra night, its $40 plus a 2 drink minimum. Totally worth it though.
