As long as the dogs are on a leash, I don't believe there's a fenced dog area. If you're looking for a park that offers a fenced dog area so you could take your dog off the leash try silverbell Park or Jacob's Park those are the two I like going to at least. As long as you pick up after them several sports teams use the park for practice wouldn't be nice have dog poop all over the park
It's not bad. My dogs like going there for walks. They do have t ball fields that are frequently used. If your puppers don't mind the cheering from the parents. Be careful for glass though.
