I like spectralI have no trouble with my bill they take good care of me I don't some people they switch to Verizon I don't do that I have Spectra and I'm going to stick to it I like spectral a loyal customer Carolsweda I like Spencer my son's my family has it I'll recommend it to my brothers and family my parents never had cable
Verizon seems to be giving more to offer
I also had the same problem it was so bad I moved to a new apartment just to switch companies they have you corner in certain areas of dutchess county the only company available will never go back worst company ever delt with
