Luxury they claim ? I'm a resident and I dont no what you're talking about as far as the 2nd entrance goes, because there is only 1 entrance to enter. ... if you're talking about the junk that's on pine rd right after the entrance than you're talking about what was left there by some one that has nothing to do with the point or the golf club ! I know this is to be fact because I personally asked the same question because I walk my dogs past it every day!! That garbage has nothing to do with the point... we have 4 huge garbage stations on the grounds and we have door to door trash service so theres no reason for any residents from here to dump their garbage in the neighborhood! Maybe you should call the town instead of coming online to bash a very well ran and taken care of community...
I'm also a resident who has asked the same question and got the same answer. So please dont come on here trying to bash a place that's goes above and beyond for there residents and neighbors. All that garbage is the town of corams NOT the points.... the grounds of the point are just as beautiful as they look from 83... you would do us all a favor by using that same energy you used to try n bash us , to call the town and have them clean it up !!!
