Former resident and it’s a great opportunity, these apartments are available to those who need, those who come in and really try to take care of the place and have a nice safe community. When management fails to do their job and bring any one in. Drugs , woman being harassed at all hours , junkies living there , SWat teams coming in; ZERO SECURITY .. never would recommend living here.

It depends on your income. When I lived in a 1br unit I was paying 1310 a month
Central AC and heating. Tenant pays for Electric bill only. Everything else including trash removal/snow its covered with the rent.
