Is it policy to not pick up a client five times in one day? Is it normal procedure for LogistiCare to not get a client but they have a scheduled reservation a week in advance

I'd like to say that the same thing happened to me .It's unacceptable And the driver actually took me to the wrong address in a bad neighborhood ,even though I told them they were going in the wrong direction....Shall I continue........🤔

State Contracted Day Centers Are Given Priority Over Any Other Transit Requests. Logistacare Utilizes 3rd Party Providers For Transportation. If The Provider Runs Into Problems; Delays Can Occur. Logistacare Is Short Staffed Of Providers/Drivers; Especially Wheelchairs & Stretchers.
