I am currently searching for a state board of commissions to complain about these people.! Unfortunately, everyone doesn’t have a ride to appointments and these people get paid to service us. These people are rude and have no problem with blowing you off. I can’t ever get a supervisor nor a complaint number. Myself and several others have been waiting for rides, for hours. It completely messes up the rest of our days…not to mention the cost of missed appointments, and the clinics not wanting to service the patients anymore. I will be reaching out to the BBB…TODAY‼️‼️ Something has to be done

I was left out in heat waiting on a ride to get home from doctor for 3 hours! I kept calling and was repeatedly told by motivecare just another 5 min. After almost passing out and calling 7 times i got run around. Im currently still waiting on ride home from doctor

The absolute WORST!!!!!! The drivers that are supposed to pick you up are always NO SHOW. No one bothers to ever call and when you call Modivcare these people are dumber than a door knob. Absolutely clueless. They obviously get no training and do not care. I had to reschedule so many appointments they are absolutely ridiculous!!!!!! Few doctors now will not see me anymore because I have been considered no show with them due to the negligence of Modivcare. UNBELIEVABLE

I'd like to say that the same thing happened to me .It's unacceptable And the driver actually took me to the wrong address in a bad neighborhood ,even though I told them they were going in the wrong direction....Shall I continue........🤔
The Provider probably contacted Logistacare @ the last minute. Then they in turn contacted you. Only options are to call your doctor's office & ask them to switch to latest appointment. Then ask Logistacare to re-route another provider to cover your trip. This is the reason they need (3) business days to assign a provider is; they are assigned based on "zipcode". They then allow time for provider to respond. The earlier you make your reservation before your appointment; the better. Notify your doctor's secretary that you're having transportation issues. If you have a friend or relative to drive you, Logistacare will pay them to go (A-trip) and come back home (B-trip). Just give Logistacare the person's name & address, they will mail out a form to be signed by your doctor.
Go on the website and visit the careers or employment opportunities section.
When you call in to logisticare you can provide your information and they will check to see
