I think they have a elevator but not inside the shop, you have to go around. But I'm pretty sure it is handicap accessible.

They have an elevator to access the museum

The shop has ramp access I believe, I am unsure about the museum. The only ways I have seen to enter is by stairs ,but you can always call & ask them. They are very friendly staffed.

There are stairs but maybe there is another entrance at the museum downstairs, but I'm sorry I don't know 😔

They have an elevator that will take you downstairs. It is outside of the shop, but should work. The store attendant will need to be notified to let you in from downstairs. The museum is what is downstairs, but the store is accessible from the street.

It is! If you need assistance just let someone at the desk know & they'll get you to the elevator.
