Hi Lynn, thanks for your question. We make something called a Grande Cannoli, which is an oversize cannoli shell stuffed with 24 mini cannolis. It comes with a 1# side of cannoli cream for dipping the chips you can create with the Grande shell. Thanks!
They do costume orders so if you have a picture and an idea of what you want I'm sure they can help you. I did a quick Google search for a pregnant cannoli and got one which was a very large cannoli stuffed with smaller cannolis, with standard fillings. Another was the same but with ricotta cheese fillings.
