I'm 33 and have suffered migraines since age 7. Is that a qualifying condition? Also is having health insurance needed?

Migraines are a covered condition for the use of medical marijuana in New Jersey. You are not required to have health insurance to be a patient at our office. However, having medicaid or medicare will get you a discount from the state's registration fee later on. Thanks for the input Sarah, we hope you get some relief!

I suffer from migraines as well.. actually having an episode this week which wont let up. Its something to discuss with the doctor for sure. Health insurance isnt exactly needed. You pay for the appointments out of pocket. They aren't too much and if qualified you won't have to see them too often! Also just list all your medical issues and what medicines you take. Be open and honest with the doctor about everything. Good luck and feel better!!
