Absolutely....we have many healthy, gluten free options available on our menu from seafood, steak entrees, veal & chicken entrees, along with gluten free pasta dishes. Check our menu out on our website at www.valentinoseateryaz.com as many of our GF items are denoted with a "G". Also, any menu options that are not noted as GF may be altered and prepared by our chef to be gluten free. Hope you will give us a try....you won't be disappointed.
There is a menu posted on their website valentinoseateryaz.com I noticed 2 good gluten free choices just in the appetizer section; tomato caprese & mussles Valentino (although you may have to check on sauce content there one is a simple butter sauce). The menu has excellent descriptions of the food.
