I apologize for the low stars, having not been in the shop, but I drove an hour to visit with money burning a hole in my pocket only to find they were not open within their website-published hours and didn’t answer the Ring doorbell even though they surely saw me on video. I also tried calling throughout the previous week and left a voice message. Sometimes the calls rolled straight to voice mail, so someone was likely on the line. At least do the courtesy of telling me through the doorbell that you’re closed or respond to my voice message? Maybe one day I’ll try again and then edit this review, but I’m disappointed with my only experience here.

Their website doesn't calculate shipping and they never get back with you after notifying support. I couldn't place an order. The good reviews are people on location, so if you aren't in the area to walk into the store, then skip this one.
