LOTS of kids screaming and running around during the day. The toilet is smaller than usual, and the water pressure in the shower is lower than expected, but it is what it is. Office is closed quite often. Everything else was great! Shout out to their only maintenance guy. He is amazing at what he does 👍🏼 You’ll see him hustling everyday! 😊

I was on a 6 month lease and it was the most horrific experience ever. The water there was just the beginning. Low pressure. They were often shutting off everyone's water for inspections they said. They would use "changing the filters" as an excuse to invade your privacy. Maintenence entered with no notice while my son and I were asleep on the couch. The office was always closed. There was definitely a scorpion critter problem that wasn't being addressed. Other units had it worse that me. They threaten to tow my car no for reason bc the management and i didnt get along. It was operable, registered, and I was a paying resident. They "lost" the walk thru notes on everything that was broken and never fixed and claimed it was my word against theirs. Dishwasher was broken for 5 or the 6 mos we lived there. Showers and drained were all clogged and broken. We had pipe problems upon move in and they tried to fix but broke pipes instead and we had to live with holes in the walls for some time. The shower wouldn't shut off if son tried to take a bath. Bug problems. Standing water in surrounding common area problems. There was water damage leaking thru our ceiling from resident above that wasn't fixed and it bubbled with water and drooped. There was a huge crack in the ceiling in one of the spare rooms. Closet doors never worked and couldnt get repaired. Our dryer took 2 hours to at the very least to dry clothes. The washer constantly smelled. Our fridge was moldy and had a smell which did get replaced first week of move in. The windows were cheap and leaked water every time it rained we had to move furniture from getting wet and damaged. When no management was avail to give work orders to we were instructed to leave hand written notes on the maintenances personal vehicles. I would get warnings for having family come in town to visit saying I was violating codes. Then they would make an excuse to enter all the time and we're extremely rude. The list goes on and on. They just stopped being a part of the low income housing program. My guess is bc they couldn't comply with code. I got a new place and was still paying on the lease bc I couldn't stand to live there another day. This is a terrible place to live and I don't recommend.
