You can, Thornton rd turns into Camp Creek Pkwy which takes you to the College Park train station. Free parking. $2.50 to ride the train to the airport domestic side and a bus takes you to the Intel side.
You could take Thornton Rd to the Domestic airport terminals. You’ll have to ride the plane train to get to the international terminals. If you are trying to get to the international terminal directly, I believe you’ll have to take the highway (probably I-285 from Thornton Rd).
The other 2 responses nailed it on the head! I like the way that MARTA, public transport train. Goes right to the airport so you don't have to deal with traffic or parking.
